For our offices in Tetovo and Gostivar, we need:
OPERATOR FOR INBOUND IN GERMAN LANGUAGE (M/F)
(30-50 executors)
Receiving phone calls and customer service - INBOUND
Qualifications:
- Primary, secondary or higher education
- Previous work experience is not a requirement as the company provides free training to new employees
- Excellent knowledge and communication in German
- The operator should be helpful, polite, communicative and flexible
