Key Account Manager
(for all regions in Macedonia: Polog, Southwest, Pelagonija, Vardarski, Southeast, East, Northeast)
Key Account Manager is responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers.
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients;
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business;
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross- selling;
  • Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company’s sales target;
  • Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business;
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients. The account Manager is expected to have specific information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep client updated;
  • Establish budgets with the client and company;
  • Ensures quality of service and level of customer satisfaction according to our company standard;
  • Organizes contacts, negotiations and maintains current base with Business customers.
Skills and Key Experience:
  • Experince of managing major national accounts at head office level
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills 
  • Previous experience in Account Management and display an attitude that is key to success 
  • Fluency in English (oral and writing) 
  • Team-player with a flexibility and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks 
  • Willingness to go extra-mile, to meet demanding deadlines 
  • Valid driving license
  • Min 3-5 years experience in sales
