Symphony Solutions in Skopje is currently looking for a Facility Manager for a full-time position who will become a contributor to the business transformation process of the long-term success and growth of the company.
General requirements and experience needed:
- 2-3 years of experience working in facilities, project management, or office coordination;
- Strong written/oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills;
- Capable of working in a fast-pace environment;
- Scheduling preventative maintenance;
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls;
- Purchasing necessary equipment and inventory for the office;
- Making sure the office is clean at all times;
- Logistic support in organizing office events and parties;
- Taking care of ordering/purchasing office supplies including food;
- Coordinates travel arrangements and handles special equipment requests.
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Proficient in business English;
- Strong customer service skills.
