Clikdaq provides data, marketing and development services to UK clients Digital Adventures (DA) Tau Marketing Services (TMS). Clikdaq supports its UK client’s operations in the affiliate marketing and gaming marketplaces using cutting edge software and the latest data, analysis and campaign management techniques. This makes Clikdaq a leading digital company within Macedonia.
Clikdaq is undergoing a rapid expansion. The company currently has 20 employees and 5 vacancies opened. 
The Role
The Online Marketing Executive (CRM) will work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams for DA and TMS and be responsible for supporting the growth and optimisation of a diverse range of campaigns across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities will include day-to-day campaign management and execution, supporting daily operations and strategy implementation. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute email and non-email communications delivery across both TMS products across both acquisition and retention
  • Manage on site promotions and fulfilment of offers to ensure all players are credited correctly and promptly
  • Support the retention team with daily/weekly/monthly planning and execution activities
  • Follow business processes to support the daily operations across a variety of areas including Fraud & Risk Management, Player Management, and Customer Support
  • Help with any area of the business as required
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Intelligence with the ability and desire to learn and adapt quickly
  • A passion for getting things right quickly and efficiently, a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot even the smallest of errors
  • A natural planner who looks ahead, raises issues, provides solutions and meets deadlines
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel in particular
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of business
  • Strong English language skills
  • A team player who can thrive in a highly pressurised environment
Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Knowledge of the Google Products suite including Sheets, Docs and Slides
  • Experience of using Email Software Providers, in particular Silverpop
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Previous experience in a digital working environment
