We use our scientific know-how to create innovative products that play a crucial part in reducing harmful emissions and improving air quality, helping our customers meet legislative requirements globally.
As we continue to build our customer service team, we are looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join our customer services team in Skopje. The role provides an exciting opportunity for strong personal and professional growth and development by working in a highly dynamic business environment. The main purpose of the role will be to provide general administrative support to the customer services team.
Key responsibilities:
  • Collating delivery forecasts from the customers and uploading them in SAP in a timely and accurate manner
  • Analysing customers’ delivery requirements and escalating major fluctuations both internally and externally as appropriate
  • Monitoring the delivery schedule and creating delivery orders in a timely manner
  • Collating consignment consumption reports, processing the consignment consumptions in SAP and monitoring the consignment stock balance, ensuring that any discrepancies are immediately communicated, actioned and resolved
  • Invoice processing 
  • Generating standard and on-demand reports
  • Providing full administrative support to the customer service team
Are you the ideal candidate?
  • University degree in Finance or Business economy 
  • Preferable previous working experience in a business-to-business or project environment
  • Ability to understand core principles of production scheduling, quality release, finance and supply-chain management
  • High attention to details and strong numerical skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with a good sense of priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent abilities in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Fluent in verbal and written Macedonian and English, German knowledge will be considered as advantage 
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30h till 16:30h
