- Experience working on a remote team;
- Experience doing outbound calls and getting appointments;
- Certified sales training at some point during career;
- Experience in hospitality, guerilla marketing or some other social/frontlines position (beyond just a call center);
- Personality that loves the idea of being on video calls and connecting with real people around the world all day long!
- History of being promoted at least twice in career to date;
- Experience with managing a group of at least 10 people in a prior position;
- Demonstrated passion for small business;
- Entrepreneurial experience and/or ambitions a plus!
- Must love conversations, global business, performance and behaviour change science and hustle!

Methodology & 5 Fingers
- Know SLAPmethodology inside and out so able to handle any question or scenario that comes up;
- Understand the 5 Fingers inside and out so able to help clients understand and take advantage of all 5 regularly;
Ideal Client Journey
- Know Ideal Client Journey in extreme detail;
- Track clients' performance against Ideal Client Journey and keep them on track;
- Make recommendations and suggestions on how to improve the Ideal Client Journey at all times based on customer feedback and understanding;
- Study behaviour change, sales and customer service and use knowledge gained to constantly help improve our product and program;
- Based on knowledge of customer's experience - vote on and define new product development ideas for all 5 Fingers;
Proactive Persuasive Support NINJAS! (Deals & TIckets)
- Handle incoming Deals, qualify them and sell them a SLAP;
- Support all SLAPsters as they implement their SLAPs and ensure that they are engaged - but more importantly - that they are hitting their SLAP goals;
- Manage all incoming Tickets and close them on time and with a great experience for the SLAPsters;
- Do Accountability Calls with SLAPsters on a regular basis and implement all knowledge about behaviour change and our Ideal Client Journey - be the force that ensures our SLAPsters SUCCEED and hit their goals;
- Manage Renewals and ensure that our SLAPsters don't just have a SLAP - but that they develop the long term behaviour of constantly setting and hitting their growth goals;
Consistent and Scalable Data Management
- Deals followed up on 7 times within first 10 days every single time
- 100% up to date Notes & Tasks in each Deal
- Deal tracked in correct Track and always has the right status, product you are selling and all Deal details are fully updated at all times
- 100% of Tickets are responded to within 8 hours of receiving the Ticket
- 100% of Tickets are closed by due date
- 100% of Tickets are labelled properly, Agile is fully used and Ticket details are up to date
- SLAPcenter Admin Portal
- CINs are 100% up to date at all times
REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Highly Competitive
