Clikdaq supports its UK client’s operations in the affiliate marketing and gaming marketplaces using cutting edge software and the latest data, analysis and campaign management techniques. This makes Clikdaq a leading digital company within Macedonia.
 
The role:
 
Clikdaq is undergoing a rapid expansion. We The company currently has 30 employees and 5 vacancies opened. Clikdaq requires an Finance Assistant to manage  financial administration for the three businesses: Clikdaq, Tau Marketing and Digital Adventures.
  • Handle all internal, customer and supplier financial queries
  • Be the primary contact for both UK and MK external accountants
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is shared when required with relevant third parties including accountants and government authorities 
  • Raise, receive and archive all invoices 
  • Ensure all requirements for monthly outgoing payments are organised and communicated with management
  • Maintain and develop accurate reporting for cost management and analysis purposes
  • Handle electronic payments as required 
  • Lead the process of preparing all documentation for monthly management accounts and annual returns
  • Manage payroll for both MK and UK staff, including bonus and overtime calculations
  • Improve and develop new processes to ensure maximum efficiency within the finance function of the business
  • Ensure all financial documents are appropriately organised and stored in digital and hard copy format
 
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Digitally literate and able to adapt quickly to using new software and online services
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero or Sage
  • Excellent knowledge of mathematics
  • Relevant local financial qualification 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English language, both spoken and written
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • At least 1-years experience working in a finance role
  • Trustworthy, discreet and loyal
  • Good knowledge of local financial regulation
