Country Manager at JSC Finitera
Location: Skopje, Macedonia


JSC Finitera is now accepting applications for the available Country Manager position at its independent company in Macedonia, Tigo Finance. 

Tigo Finance is one of the top fintech companies in Macedonia. The company utilises innovative and modern technology and has implemented an automated approval service that allows loans to be preapproved in just 30 seconds.

In order to strengthen our management team, we are looking for an energetic person with a start-up mindset, who will join current Country Manager in providing leadership and continue development of the business. 

Key tasks and responsabilities:
  • Strengthen core management team with complimentary management, finance, business administration, and motivation competencies to take faster and more efficient operational and strategic business decisions
  • Successfully split tasks and responsibilities between two Company CEO’s to extract the most business value for Tigo stakeholders and to boost team spirit in Company
  • Streamline current products and processes and/or launch new business lines/products and ensure all of them are profitable in 12-18 months from now
  • Hire and motivate a fully functional management team and organize simple process for recruiting lower level team (customer servicing) – public relations, call center, sales, branch network and debt collection
  • Grow the branch network 3x bigger by the end of 2019
  • Create internal environment in Company, so that it becomes a desired place to work for both in HQ and in each respective unit and promote owner’s mindset throughout the Company by strategically using monetary and non-monetary incentives and motivation for people to work in Company and share its success
Key requirements:
  • At least 3 years of previous management experience preferably in customer oriented B2C segment
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or Law (preferably obtained abroad)
  • Preferable experience managing operations of customer care, debt collection, marketing
  • Fluency in English
Key Legal Requirements:
  • Preferable 3 years long successful professional experience in financial industry after receiving university degree
  • Not a member of managing position of a company which was under bankruptcy
  • No restriction to take certain managing positions
  • No criminal record
