Job position: Office Assistant

We are looking for an Office Assistant to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. In general, the role of the Office Assistant is taking care of the day-to-day operations at the office and ensuring that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards.

Office Assistant


  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Ensuring the Information Security Policy is followed on all company owned devices
  • Smooth functioning in the day-to-day operations
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Organize company-based events
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary


  • Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills in English
  • Positive and emphatic attitude towards work and employees
  • Critical thinking
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Eager to learn
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
