We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our new and exciting team.
Your day at work:
- Communicate with customers via phone, e-mail or live chat;
- Provide assistance for customer inquiries related to the company products and/or services;
- Work to resolve inquiries with relevant company departments;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge about the company's compliance procedures;
- Provide consistent feedback to supervisors.
- Fluent in Spanish/German/Turkish or Italian both written and spoken;
- Ability to write routine correspondence, to speak effectively and informatively, and respond to questions from customers while maintaining composure;
- A self-starter who displays a high level of attention to detail;
- Responsible and diligent;
- Availability to work on shifts;
- Computer literacy;
- Ability to work with numerous procedures;
