SALES MANAGER

 

Objective

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who is excited to inspire and motivate our sales team and contribute to the company’s growth strategy by objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives to ensure productivity is maximized. 
 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Conduct 1 on 1 meetings, team meetings, feedback and coaching sessions for an international sales team
  • Lead and motivate your team to go above and beyond for you
  • Maintain, evaluate and propose changes to prospecting strategy, sales processes, upselling opportunities and workflow to deliver maximum productivity and profit growth
  • Monitor and report on the performance of sales reps for metric and goal achievement
  • Track sales goal individually and as a team while reporting results
  • Communicate changes in products, processes, policies and procedures in a clear, concise and expedient manner to sales reps
  • Train, develop and coach sales talent and Team Leader skills to ensure productivity is maximized 
  • Create an environment where motivated reps are able to achieve at the peak of their ability through recognition, completion and incentives
  • Conduct interviews as part of the hiring process

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Advanced English (written & verbal)

Professional Expertise

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and result driven personality
  • Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Curious and ambitious to understand the customer insight
  • Experienced in managing, coaching and motivating sales team
