To support our team located in Skopje, Macedonia we are currently looking for:
IT-Support Manufacturing Execution System (m/f)
Tasks:
- Responsible for maintenance of the production process and product follow up software (FIS) and maintenance of all the necessary documentation
- Oversee operational outages working with all resolver teams for successful resolution of the issue
- Through partnerships with the production personnel, he will ensure the required technical support for all critical process and product issue resolution as well as technical direction to the engineer is available for all product builds and process operations
- Provide regular reports to the management during operational outages, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Consolidate and report KPI’s in manufacturing engineering department
- Execute IT escalations from employees and resolve issues
- Coordinates business escalations to resolve IT operational issues, incidents and business client complaints
- Application based support – maintaining 24/7 life of company software applications (SAP)
- Server based support – maintaining 24/7 accessibility
- Hardware – configuration and maintenance (computers, printers, phone lines, network etc.)
- Follow the company manufacturing procedures
- Ensure compliance with Customer requirements and IATF Audits
Education:
- Bachelor degree, Engineering or technical studies
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of IT
Expertise/Knowledge:
- Preferable: Knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing products and processes
- Solid knowledge of IT service delivery for applications
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent English
- Problem solving abilities
- Team work abilities
