- Position: Customer Service Agent in Serbian Language
Location: Teleperformance in Skopje

Project Type: Inbound Customer Service Support
Salary: Above the market average
What skills are needed to join?
- You have an advanced / near native level of Serbian in spoken and written
- You have an advanced (C1) level of English
- Experience in Customer Service roles
- You have good knowledge of computer and smartphone use
- You like communicating on the phone
What you need to do?
- Supports and advises clients by answering their questions over the phone
- Informs and advises on products and services
- Answers calls and e-mail for the client
- Clearly identifies customer concerns and offers acceptable solutions
- Manage and document actions and processes in the software
