We are excited to announce that Pabau is officially opening an office in Ohrid, Macedonia!

With this, new positions are open so please feel free to apply.

The office located in Ohrid will be mainly responsible for supporting and training our USA clients.

Customer Support

As the main focus is USA, we have openings for the following job positions:

  • Customer Support - Monday to Friday from 6pm to 2am
  • Customer Support - Wednesday to Sunday from 6pm to 2am (for the weekend there might be some changes to the working times)
  • Customer Support - Monday to Friday from 1am to 9am (inbound lead and out of hours tech support) 
  • Software Trainer focused on training our clients - Monday to Friday from 7pm to 3am
  • Onboarding Specialist - Monday to Friday from 6pm to 2am

Job Description
You will be tasked with teaching our customers how to use our top-notch software solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent customer service, great communication skills, a ‘whatever it takes’ work ethic, superb motivation and plenty of patience.

Customer Support Role - What you'll be responsible for:

  • Become a specialist of the product
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Live chatting via our website to customers
  • Answering questions via social media channels
  • Creating and maintaining help guides

Software Trainer Role  - What you'll be responsible for:

  • Become a specialist of the product
  • Provide advanced and basic training services to Pabau’s users
  • Deliver high quality training with a focus on consistency, via virtual meetings
  • Conduct engaging and informative training webinars including creating appropriate content, and maintaining an up to date library of resources.
  • Amend and create teaching materials
  • Making sure to answer all questions and keep in touch with the users if needed

Onboarding Specialist Role - What you'll be responsible for:

  • Become a specialist of the product
  • Introduction meeting with new clients
  • Data-Migration (Exporting and importing data)
  • Draft migration plan with certain time frame (Depending on the system)
  • Daily communication with the client (Updating client on the status and stage of migration)

Key skills/attributes you'll need to be successful are:

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Friendly personality
  • Sense of humour
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Desire to help people
