Vrabotuvanje HR Solution on behalf of its client Zito Luks A.D Skopje, is looking to fill a position:
LOGISTIC MANAGER
Actively manage the implementation and execution of process management to ensure total customer satisfaction in a logistics operation. Coordinate the entire enterprise being responsible for the successful development of demand planning, customer service, warehousing and distribution strategies in order to achieve company’s goals of customer development.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide effective leadership and manage all departments within Logistics
- Define and lead the implementation of a competitive structure and workflow to continually upgrade and improve the systems
- Perform all strategic and tactical functions
- Implement and maintain an effective system, participating and supporting continuous improvement initiatives; and resolving supply chain issues
- Develop and execute an effective warehousing strategy
- Build and continuously upgrade the distribution strategy and effective channels
- Continually learn and deploy new strategies and systems in regard to logistics management, to streamline processes and reduce cost
- Build constructive and professional relationships with suppliers, distributors and customers
- Lead by example and develop department personnel.
COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS:
- University Degree (Master’s Degree or MBA a plus)
- Fluency in English
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in progressively more responsible positions within the supply chain area and at least 3-4 years in a similar role
- Experience in developing material plans that including budgeting, strategic material analysis and forecasting
- Ability to create strategic direction and manage the tactical execution of small and large programs.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Strong team player.
