We use our scientific know-how to create innovative products that play a crucial part in reducing harmful emissions and improving air quality, helping our customers meet legislative requirements globally.
We are now seeking a strong, analytical and pro-active Material Planner to join our Planning team, that will be responsible for ordering and on time delivery of raw material and maintain stock levels within the given target and managing obsolescence risk.
New materials and new pre-agreed suppliers’ introduction from planning and purchasing aspect and materials supply chain flows/routes risk assessments process coordination
Planning and purchasing on short-term basis and forecasting on long-term basis considering demand trends and specific life cycle stages (ramp up, run out and spares)
Planning related ERP system and master data housekeeping review and revision
Materials supply shortfalls escalation and management with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Suppliers’ management via supplier data and documentation maintenance, non-conformities and performance monitoring and resolution/development, collaboration and supply reviews/meetings
Change management of materials’ supplier or source process coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders based on customer specific change management matrix for re-validations/re-qualifications
Inventory management of materials aligning to internal stock holdings targets and customer satisfaction strategy including obsolescence management
Collating and analysing area specific performance data and KPIs on different time frequencies and driving decision making process with management
Organising, leading, and controlling specifically defined processes and activities depending on role level and assigned responsibility within role level scope (if levels are applicable)
Supporting team members in specific activities or during takeover of new processes or activities with relevant training within the specific area as and if required
Innovating, sustaining, and improving Planning standards, systems and tools, processes and general supply chain and business compliance/ethics standards
Are you the ideal candidate?
Bachelor’s degree (as minimum) in Economics/ Business/ Supply Chain Management areas
Experience of 1 year (as minimum) in Materials Planning and Purchasing area
Knowledge of ERP software SAP (or equivalent) and planning area fundamentals
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with specific focus on Excel
Fluent written and spoken Macedonian and English
Analytical, organisational and negotiation skills
Strong planning and problem-solving skills
Working hours: Administrative shift from Monday to Friday from 08:30h to 16:30h
