Role summary

The Finance Manager’s role is based within the Finance team in the Skopje office, reporting to the Group Financial Controller supporting the worldwide QiH business as it continues its rapid growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, international organisation and team, with great potential for the role to develop and expand with the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Business partnering within the wider business
  • Production of the monthly management accounts pack for business units and cost centres
  • Delivering high quality accounts analysis, including variances and trends
  • Report and analysis of capital expenditure and intercompany processing.
  • Support wider finance team on best practices
  • Complete ad hoc financial and reporting requests
  • Monthly Reconciliation of key Balance sheets accounts
  • Review cost analysis to identify cost reductions
  • Maintenance of GL account transactions
  • Manage bank transactions and reconciliation
  • Taking control of Accounts Receivables and Payables

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounts production role.
  • Able to work closely with non-finance teams
  • Inquisitive nature to understand the causes of the numbers
  • A logical, and analytical approach – with attention to detail
  • Organised multi-tasker
  • A can-do attitude and hunger to succeed
  • Strong report production skills with clear communication of the results
  • Experience of working in a similar capacity within a multi-functional, high-volume business is desirable.
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Knowledge of accounting systems such as Sage or Xero
  • Line management experience
