HR GENERALIST
 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. 

 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, on boarding process
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
  • Cooperates closely with the HR Manager in developing, implementing and managing innovative HR practices and projects 
  • Develops analytical job descriptions and evaluations, communicating with all relevant parties and managing to keep up-to-date the files 
  • Ensures that the Performance Management system is implemented according to the company's procedures and that the employees are trained and informed of its operation 
  • Participates in the formulation of employees' career planning according to their evaluation results 
  • Run employees' surveys, develops analytical reports and suggests actions in order to improve the services of the HR department 
  • Contributes to managements’ efforts to create a positive and effective working environment 
  • Contributes to the building of Managers Capability to drive performance through Performance Management & Development Process 
  • Align Compensation and Benefits strategies with local environment, identifying and proposing local market competitive practices, while highlighting internal equity issues 
  • Ensure that employment records are regularly and promptly updated and maintained
  • Participate in internal communication and employer branding projects 
 
Skills & Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Human Resources 
  • University degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources or related area
  • MSc will be highly appreciated
  • Fast and accurate in numbers absorption
