KOSTAL MACEDONIA is searching for a Quality Assurance Production Analysis Lead       
 
The Quality Assurance Production Analysis Lead is responsible for managing of processes in the respective area in accordance with time and cost budgets as well as to provide timely unambiguous product analysis results in relation to process risks. 
 
The Lead is also responsible for planning appropriate personnel and test equipment resources, as well as management of analysis personnel in technical and disciplinary matters.
 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Preparation and monitoring of quality budget and the quality objectives according to agreed specifications with the plant management 
  • Analysis and diagnostics of defect parts (internal defects e.g. EOL), to identify root cause why product failed and source of failure
  • Initial diagnostic of defective parts received from customer (0-km & field), to confirm defects at KOSTAL or customer site
  • Planning and Development of test-equipment for warranty (Flexlab and special test-equipment) 
  • Analysis of defect parts received from customer (0-km & field) to identify root cause for defect  
  • Conduct or order forensic analysis (e.g. particle (REM), acoustic, Computer Tomography…)
  • Development of Equipment for improved and accurate product analysis
  • Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
  • Establishing quality training programs and carry out of quality training courses
  • Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
  • Maintain department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
  • Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required
  • Management, motivation and coaching of product analysis team that meets agreed objectives to deliver best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
  • Reporting to local head of quality assurance production, quality manager as well as plant management
  • Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors
  • Highlights safety risks as well as cares for cleanliness in the area of operation
  • Communicate with personnel at all levels, internally and externally to the Company, in relation to Quality matters
  • Supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor degree/Master degree in technical sciences
  • Successfully completed trainings and certificates of the VDA-QMC, AIAG, DGQ, AUKOM
  • + 5 years of professional experience as quality employee (head deputy) in the related functions in the automotive supply industry
  • Qualification as Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards (ISO-TS / IATF16949, ISO-9001, 14001 and 19011)
  • Project management experience and secure IT user skills, typically MS-Office, (SAP, Minitab)
  • Extensive knowledge and handling of the QM methods FMEA / SPC / DoE / MSA / Six Sigma / Visual Management / Robust Design / Standard work / Problem solving methodology
  • Extensive knowledge and handling of Lean Management Methods 5S / 7M / 7W / 3 Mu / 7 Muda / Gemba / Kaizen
  • Extensive knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective actions in the whole product life cycle
