In this new function, you will be collaborating with the Senior Delivery Manager to achieve the mission.
Your key responsibilities are:

- Taking care of the recruitment process from profile definition till contract proposition.
- Onboarding of nex employees and offboarding in case a leave.
- Preparation and organisation of the evaluation process.
- Training roadmaps for employees.
- Communication on social media.
- Salary yearly roadmap.
- Proposition of events.
- Travel approvals.
- Receiving bills and keep track of payment, report/tables and communication to accounting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience as HR/Admin manager
- At least 5 years of experience in HR/admin fields
- Great communication skills
- Good command of English
- Experience in accounting such as AP/AR
- Experience in recruitment agency is a plus
