The Sales Operations Researcher is responsible for helping to maintain accuracy standards on company and people intelligence.
OUR CHALLENGE
Cognism is looking for Sales Operations Researcher in our Skopje, Macedonia office. This position is critical in ensuring Cognism’s data is relevant and up to date.
THE ROLE
The sales operations team is in charge of researching the companies and contacts that Cognism provides for the clients. Using a combination of Cognism’s database and online sources, the team is responsible for executing a playbook process to ensure top quality results.
You will:
- Research Companies and contacts in the US and EMEA region to maintain and expand Cognism’s database.
- Identify the people at the companies and confirm their contact details via Cognism’s verification processes, web tools etc.
- Work towards deadlines and targets to ensure the monthly quota is met.
- Be proactive in your approach to learning.
- Lead efforts in building sustainable processes and procedures
- Establish a trusting relationship with key stakeholders
- Maintain positive mind-set irrespective of any challenging situations
We are looking for:
- Evident to be an overachiever
- Advanced Excel skills
- Perfect written and verbal English language skills
- Good understanding of B2B processes and methods of lead generation
