Project Manager Production
In order to support our Plant in Kumanovo, we are looking for Project Manager Production who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Create project plans/concepts and assure they are followed (e.g. resource planning, schedule planning, cost planning, etc.) in cooperation with technical or key project leaders as well as technical areas; introduce actions in case of deviations, as required
- Develop suggestions for project organization; select suitable associates (e.g. in the affected plants, etc.) in cooperation with supervisors and define tasks, rules and interfaces
- Analyze and evaluate changes (internal/ external), cooperate in negotiations (e.g. volume and costs of changes, etc.) and assure implementation
- Create and check project reports and presentations, as well as project conclusion documentation and provide technical leadership for project associates and/or sub-project leaders
- Cooperate in conducting risk analyses and cooperate in optimizing/developing processes, systems and methods
- Take responsibility for process planning (e.g. processes, procedures, material flow, layout, etc.)
Profile:
- Professional / graduate education usually acquired through a bachelors degree
- Three to five years of experience in a specialized field (highly proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field built on a thorough understanding of theoretical concepts and principles and their context)
- Project management skills
- Good command of MS Office Package
- Fluency in English language, knowledge of German will be considered as an advantage
- Intercultural Competency
