Agile Pro Solutions (APS) headquartered in the USA is currently growing its team in Skopje.

For our client we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive our engine for growth by working with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to qualify leads and collaboratively build our pipeline. We are looking for someone who will get excited about engaging with prospects and discovering their needs and pain points. In order to succeed, you will need to be able to identify high value opportunities and be capable of articulating our value proposition.

We take a strategy-driven and analytical approach to sales and business development; and are looking for someone who is confident prospecting and qualifying opportunities, building relationships, and working with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to create key tools and assets that drive growth. This role has traditionally been a platform for quick growth into account executive and leadership roles. Business Development Manager

You will:

  •  Connect with Marketing-generated leads in order to qualify them as sales opportunities.
  • Move qualified leads through the funnel, connect them to a sales executive, and ensure a good hand-off is made
  • Identify businesses, verticals, and markets with high potential; and execute outbound strategies to bring them to our company
  • Develop and lead campaigns from awareness generation to qualification and determine how to best scale them
  • Standardize playbooks and best practices for interactions with prospects
  • Connect with potential customers by responding to inquiries generated from Marketing, through strategic warm calling, or through your own efforts of outbound e-mail or drip campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to strategize and prospect for targeted accounts
  • Develop relationships with prospects to understand their pain points and uncover their needs
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially result in a sales opportunity
  • Methodically update contact and activity information within the CRM
  • Collaborate and provide feedback and insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to help improve targeting and messaging

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Sales experience, preferably tech-related
  • A track record of top performance and prior success
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interest in technology
  • Ability to understand the big picture, grasp complex and technical solutions, and break it down into a valuable proposition
  • A self-starter who thrives in a hyper growth environment
