Required qualifications

  • University Degree preferably in Law, Human Resources or any related from an accredited institution;
  • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of human resources management experience;
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
  • Good spoken & written communication skills in Macedonian and English;
  • Being a self-motivated problem solver and self-initiator with positive attitude to think and design out of the box;
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality;
  • Ability to work in flexible working hours;
  • Possess organizational skills and know planning methods;
  • Resilient team player;

Job description

  • Running the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
  • Supervision of the official communication with stakeholders of the shopping mall and the company by managing the Document Control Center (DCC);
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings;
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments;
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications;
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs;
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law;
