For the needs of Iprotex- Germany, we are in search of candidates that will work
in the offices in Munchberg, Germany or remotely:
IT-System administrator (w/m/d)
Tasks:
- 1st to 2nd level IT support
- Receipt & recording of inquiries and reports from users by phone, e-mail and on site
- Error analysis and troubleshooting
- Supervision of the IT infrastructure and client-server environments, with a focus on on-site/remote user support
- Installation and maintenance of Windows clients and printers, multifunction devices, network issues
Requirement profile:
- Completed IT vocational training or a comparable one in the field of user support
- Very good knowledge of support and administration with MS365
- Knowledge of managing Azure, Intune and MDM
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and network systems
- Flexibility and high commitment
