For the needs of Iprotex- Germany, we are in search of candidates that will work
in the offices in Munchberg, Germany or remotely:
Finance Accountant (w/m/d)
Tasks:
- Processing and booking of all ongoing business transactions
- Monitoring and processing of payment transactions and dunning
- Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank accounting and asset accounting
- Registration of new acquisitions and monthly depreciation
- Participation/preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, handling/supervision of tax audits
- Participation/creation of the sales tax return
- Creation and evaluation of analyzes and reports
- In the case of appropriate suitability, the assumption of overall responsibility for the finance and accounting department is planned in the medium term
Requirement profile:
- Accountant or tax assistant with practical work experience
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Quick comprehension and analytical thinking, very good understanding of numbers, flexibility and resilience
- Confident handling of MS Office programs, experience with FibuNet is an advantage
- Experience with fixed assets, in-depth knowledge of accounting and preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB/sales tax law
- Good knowledge in German or International Accounting Standards
- Good knowledge (reading and understanding) of German language
- Knowledge of German taxation rules and VAT regulations.
