Application & Technical Support Engineer
SKILLS:
- Advanced knowledge of English and Macedonian
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Good knowledge of MSSQL Server & Database administration
- Knowledge of OOP; MS Visual .NET, XML (JAVA, HTML/DHTML, CSS) will be advantage
COMPETENCIES:
- Strong communication skills, customer focused and proactive
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent team player
- Work under pressure with different clients and outsourcers in multitasking environment
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative responsibilities
- First level support for all aviation systems that candidate will be trained for
- Preparation and upgrade of procedures according to ISO (20/27K) and ITIL standards
- Analysis of the business processes, coordination, testing, users trainings for business apps
- First level support for outsourced applications and systems
- Administration of User Rights privileges & Matrixes
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
BASIC ANALYSIS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing and understanding business requirements and working with cross-functional teams
- Database administration
