Recruiter
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit qualified individuals to fill vacant positions at our office that will include CDL Drivers
- Assist department managers in screening candidates for the corporate office.
- Establish, develop and maintain friendly relations with organizations and training centers from which applicants may be recruited. determine an ideal hiring and staffing strategy.
- Push postings out to social media and other sites.
- Review resumes, screen candidates and facilitate interviews with the local hiring managers.
- Follow up with hiring managers to ensure we are tracking and progressing candidates as appropriate.
Base pay of 30 000 mkd and target bonuses on a monthly basis that can result in a total pay of 70 000mkd.
