Position: Assistant in Real-estate management
Working hours 2pm - 10pm (CET), Monday-Friday
Looking for an individual to support, complement and assist in developing a real estate company for the USA market based in Skopje, Macedonia.
The candidate needs to be well organized and proactive, with skills in social media management.
The candidate has to have good communication skills as much of the work will be centered around interaction with clients.
The candidate needs to speak proficient English.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the leasing process and marketing with assistance from property management
- Excellence at customer service. Inform of any tenant issue/complaint/request that is unsolved
- Develops an understanding of the real estate market
- Duties associated with accounting and rent collections
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Research and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
