Sales and Tendering Specialist

Job Objective

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with the Business Development Team to generate and/or follow up on new leads
• Approaching, scheduling, and attending meetings to give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
• Visiting existing and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Assisting in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
• Improving sales processes and optimizing workflow to maximize sales productivity
• Understanding & obtaining latest market intelligence in the segment to develop understanding of the market players, competitive moves and share in the assigned market segment
• Conducting site inspections according to project implementation standards
• Processing, coordinating, and following up job orders with operations team to meet customers’ delivery schedule
• Maintaining client records and databases
• Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
• Contribution in cost and price calculations, preparing pricing matrix
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers

Qualifications:

• College degree on Economics/Finance or relevant
• Relevant Background Experience in Sales and Tendering Procedures
• Experience in Facility Management is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
