Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile CRM Administrator to join our team. The CRM Administrator will play a critical role in monitoring daily operations, optimizing system settings based on data analyst feedback, managing new payment gateway integrations, monitoring transactions, and reporting irregularities in our CRM system.
This position requires an individual with a keen understanding of CRM systems and a background in either affiliate or e-commerce industries.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day CRM operations, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the Data Analyst to understand the necessary CRM system adjustments based on their data insights.
- Manage the integration of new payment gateways into the CRM, working closely with the payments team to ensure seamless transactions.
- Configure new webshops in the CRM system.
- Oversee transactional data, monitoring for inconsistencies or irregularities and taking appropriate action when necessary.
- Generate and deliver timely reports of CRM performance, irregularities, and system adjustments to senior management.
- Liaise between Affiliate Managers, Data Analysts, and the Payments Team to facilitate effective communication and system optimization.
- Provide technical support to internal users, and deliver training as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the ecommerce industry, or the affiliate industry in any vertical.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their practical application.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and interpret data insights effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
