Job description:
  • For the purpose of administrative assistance in implementation of current and future projects, we are in a search of an individual who is responsible, detail-oriented, has no trouble in respecting given deadlines, is a team player and is fluent in English (both verbal and written). Proficiency in using Excel and other MS Office tools is also required. 

Minimum qualifications: 
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in English is an advantage or other education with proficiency in English (both written and verbal);
  • Work experience: This job is the best fit for people with background in English language and previous experience on similar position. Persons with other education that have a high level of English proficiency (both written and verbal) are also eligible and are encouraged to apply;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language;
  • Proficiency in using Excel and other MS Office tools.
 
Description of duties:
  • Your role as Project administrative assistant in GEING would be to assist in assessment, implementation, coordination, tracking and conducting daily activities for ongoing projects. Scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies and similar administrative office activities are also a part of this job description; 
  • Preparation of documents, electronic archiving and translation of project documentation from English to Macedonian and vice versa is needed on a daily basis.
