
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Main Responsibilities and expectations:
- Independently pursue the search and selection of suitable entrepreneurs by attracting them to join our networking and learning platform
- Ensure that clients and entrepreneurs are aware of products and services and opportunities offered by our company; proactively suggest relevant services based on their needs.
- Proactively engage in designing of trainings based on client’s needs and business objectives
- Ensure loyalty and engagement by establishing trust relationship with major clients
- Keep our promise that products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key clients and program managers
- Solicitation and communication with potential clients, donors and sponsors
- Plan, organize, implement and facilitate events and trainings within Our Club
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Preparation of business related reports based on company’s needs and expectations
- Be proactive in CRM management and data clean-up by maintenance of electronic database
Other expectations:
- Actively participate in relevant strategic initiatives to improve team operational efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., onboarding processes, or new service offering concepts).
- Be innovative – become an ambassador between the community, propose/develop/lead local and global initiatives, always think outside of the box to benefit company’s network members.
- Assist in the management of all in-person and virtual events as needed.
Requirements and skills:
- Optimistic nature with a creative, self-motivated, and strong work ethic.
- Experience (academic or work) across multiple businesses, with an understanding of business model, products and services
- Comfortable working with a variety of people at all levels, strong sales capabilities and willingness to be persistent and creative to solve problems and meet the needs of our entrepreneurs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
