Architect
Job description and requirements:
- Experience in Industrial Buildings and renovations
- Filing for building permits/leading the process of filing
- To understand the details to have non-leaking windows/roof/openings when you build with flashings, how to build a wall in order not to have cold/noise from outside, attention to details, bluestone (how to protect outside doors)
- Has to give professional advice when designing to avoid mistakes/problems in the future after construction is completed - any stages
- Drafting designs (facades, options, fast work in AutoCAD, fast 3D rendering with videos)
- Cost-optimization or Groundworks (Plots with slope, digging required, etc.)
- To be familiar with civil engineering* (if possible)
- Panels (sandwich) - flashings, connections, quality of a panel. Correct installation of a panel/flashings around openings
- Roofing
- Inside works - offices (details) - show a reference or renovation/building (better a few)
- License B or A
- Knowledge of basic architectural software - advanced level
