Talent Acquisition & Development Supervisor
- Management of all recruitment and selection activities (attraction, employer branding, selection process) in accordance with the budget, strategy and management;
- Managing the recruitment cycle from preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, participating in career fairs, assessing applicants, and administering the hiring process;
- Creating and implementing effective induction plans and internship programs;
- Mapping training needs, defining appropriate strategies for training and development of individuals and groups in accordance with the budget, evaluating their effectiveness, and recommending areas for improvement;
- Ensuring proper implementation of all phases of the employee life cycle, including performance and talent management;
- Achieving constant application and integration of HR policies and ensuring compliance with the Labor Law and the Group's HR policies;
- Support and coordination of HR initiatives regarding employee engagement and motivation, learning and development, labor relations, etc.;
- Coordinating and administering all employee life cycle activities (e.g. hiring, transfers, departures, absences, etc.) in accordance with the company's legal requirements and processes;
- Regular revision of processes and ways of working from the point of view of continuous improvement. Proactively looking at things and proposing ideas to improve efficiency or service, policies, and processes based on best HR practices and business needs;
- Establishing and maintaining internal relations with colleagues in order to facilitate the flow of information, knowledge sharing, and effective cooperation between functions.
- University degree in the field of human resources, business, law, psychology or similar - master's degree in human resources, MBA, or similar will be considered an advantage;
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment, with multiple stakeholders in the organization;
- Knowledge and understanding of labor law and other relevant regulations;
- Very good communication and organizational skills;
- Commitment, initiative, and proactive approach to the delivery of high-quality HR services;
- Ability to negotiate and maintain relations with external collaborators for the provision of services and products (consultants, recruitment agencies);
- Performing multiple tasks at the same time, with the ability to prioritize and ensure efficient and accurate results;
- Excellent team player, able to establish authentic and trustworthy relationships throughout the organization;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Fluency in English (written and verbal);
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
