Office Administrator/Legal Assistant – Skopje City Center
Job description and requirements:
- Provide legal support and expertise in construction law matters.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Assist in dispute resolution and risk management.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal requirements are met.
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (JD or LLB) from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of construction law and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
- Prior administrative experience in a construction or legal setting is a plus.
- Dynamic, proactive, and friendly environment;
- Working hours/days: 08:00-09:00 - 16:00–17:00 / Monday to Friday.
