Job Description
Recruiters for Owner Operators earn on average $1,000 USD per week.
This is 100% commission based, $500 per driver candidate is able to recruit.
The main task for this position is to recruit owner operators and truck drivers for a US Truck Driving Company. You can work from anywhere as this is a remote job.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable calling new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible Owner Operator candidates
- Conduct interviews online, via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Qualification
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Has worked under commission base pay structure before
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
