For our office in Kisela Voda, Skopje we are searching for an office administration person, who can help us manage day to day administrational tasks.

Part-Time Office & Studio Administrator (20h per week) (m/f)

Tasks

  • Oversee office and studio organization, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as document management and correspondence.
  • Manage the collection of documents and invoices.
  • Submit invoices, rent, electricity bills, and salary details to accountants.
  • Assist in the hiring process of new employees.
  • Manage time management and vacation scheduling for employees.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and tracking of expenses.
  • Oversee vacation management for all employees, keeping accurate records.

Requirements

  • University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong background in finance or accounting roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills (essential for data handling and reporting).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Previous experience in administration or office management is a plus.

Location:
Studio based in Kisela Voda, Skopje.
