Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging presentations of the housing project to potential clients, showcasing its unique features and benefits.
• Actively follow up with leads to build strong relationships and convert interest into sales.
• Provide comprehensive, up-to-date information on the project, guiding clients through every step of the buying process.
• Ensure seamless communication and support throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final sale.
• Accurately maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales activity to ensure effective follow-up and team coordination.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed set sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Native Macedonian speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Turkish is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends is highly desirable.
