Sales Information Point Representative

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Information Point Representative to join our Sales team. This role involves direct customer engagement, providing essential product and service information, and guiding visitors to the sales office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach at the information point.
• Provide clear, accurate, and engaging information about our products and services.
• Direct customers to the sales office as needed, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain a positive and helpful demeanour at all times.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries, addressing concerns or redirecting them to relevant personnel.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and processes.
• Native Macedonian speaker with strong English proficiency; knowledge of Turkish is a plus.
