On behalf of our client, part of an international company from the production industry, we are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic professional with experience in procurement and supplier management.
PROJECT BUYER
- Coordination between purchasing, R&D, and project management
- Managing purchasing tasks from the engineering phase to serial production
- Monitoring and controlling project budgets for purchased components
- Ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient procurement of parts
- Participating in project kick-offs and reviews
- Setting up master data in the SAP system for purchasing components
- Preparing project-related purchasing plans and cost comparisons
- Negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers for goods, tools, and services
- Participating in supplier audits and internal procurement reviews
Your profile:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- German language skills are an advantage
- Experience in procurement, supplier negotiations, and budget management
- Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and customs clearance
- Ability to read and analyze technical drawings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- SAP knowledge is a plus
Additional Information:
- Working hours: 07:30 – 15:30
- Location: Tetovo (organized travel from Skopje, Tetovo, and Gostivar)
- Training: One-month training in Germany
