OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Logan Premium seeks an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in our brand-new Skopje Office. As our first Operations Coordinator, you’ll be on the ground floor of a team we foresee growing rapidly over the next year. You’ll work directly with our Senior Sales Representatives to support and develop our core accounts. Join our team with endless opportunities for professional and personal growth. Responsibilities:
- Managed customer operations for a Senior Sales Representative; tracking, paperwork collection, and appointment scheduling.
- Learn best practices for Customer Operations, including prompt communication, issue resolution, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and sales, to ensure a cohesive and effective customer operations strategy.
Requirements:
- Freight brokerage experience, preferably working directly with customers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multi-task to ensure multiple customers are being serviced daily.
- Highly proficient in English, both verbal and written.
Salary: $800 - $1000 monthly.
- In office five days a week.
- Working hours based on the United State’s Central Time Zone.
- Holidays based on the United State’s calendar.
