Required qualifications for the workplace:
- Faculty of Economics
- Job Experience from 6 years
- SAP proficient user
- English Language
Job Description:
- Can complete P&L and balance sheet report. Cashflow reports created with limited supervision
- Fixed assets module, receivables module and payables module understand and works with limited supervision
- Fully Finance operations module in SAP excellent performer Stock take specialist of the assets of the company Payments of local suppliers Depreciation run runs on monthly basis and check validity
- Supports external auditors and Inspections PRO
- Proficient Cost center reporting
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed in SAP
- Bookkeeping / accounting of all business transactions
- Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by analyzing accounting information
- Monitor and control of receivables and liabilities
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
- Performance of domestic and foreign bank transactions
- Preparation of reports for Central bank and other institutions
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed in SAP Runs the petty cash expenses
- Administration of financial documents in accordance with legal regulations Add hoc responsibilities to state agencies
- Add hoc minor reporting duties
