Residential Receptionist (4 positions)
Job responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting residents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and messages and directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments
- Monitoring and controlling access to the building during night hours
- Verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises and ensuring compliance with security procedures
- Acting as the first point of contact during emergency situations, such as fire alarms or medical incidents
- Coordinating with emergency services and following established protocols to ensure the safety of occupants
- Conducting regular patrols and security checks of the building and surrounding areas
- Reporting and documenting any suspicious activities or security incidents
- Performing administrative tasks, including handling mail and packages, maintaining visitor logs, and updating resident information
- Effectively communicating with building residents, maintenance staff, and other relevant parties
- Keeping accurate records of all interactions and incidents
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Ability to work night shifts
- Good command of the English language
