Area Visual Merchandiser

Job Description:
- Ensuring defacto visual standards are fully implemented in the country of responsibility
- To organize the annual travel budget of the regional visual responsible.
- Archiving and controlling store projects
- Periodically controlling vıp, selling, trend tracker and cabin application reports and taking necessary actions and transferring them to the visual team leader
- Weekly reviewing of photos uploaded to one drive, returning for wrong or missing.
- Making a monthly presentation to the country vm manager by making a competitor analysis
- Preparation of the weekly work plan of the all-region visual team and notification to the VM manager.
- Following the weekly work program of the regional visual experts and controlling the daily practices and submitting them to the central visual group team
- Relevant regional store visits, controls and applications 4 days a week.
- Orientation, training and coaching of store visual responsibles in their store visits with regional visual experts.
- Submitting the visit report to the visual group team regarding the actions they take after the visit to the related regional stores or the store deficiencies they see.
- Providing product study and visual team organization in the new store openings of the relevant region. 7. Collecting and controlling the photos of the applications sent by the visual group team of the related regional stores.
- Ensuring that the visual archive folder is kept up-to-date by the regional visual experts, control of the photos and feedback of the deficiencies.
- Follow-up of store visual material deficiencies.
- Following the completion of the new showcase applications in the country in accordance with the deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Very good Command of Written & Spoken English, Local Language.
- 2:4 years of professional experience in Visual Merchandising at Fashion Retail.
- Good knowledge of Vm standards.
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Proactive, curious and able to work under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs.
- No Mobility Restrictions.
