Sales Development Representative
US Working Time - Monday to Friday
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers for the company.
- Utilize various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to engage with prospects and establish rapport.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and account penetration.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with marketing to leverage marketing campaigns and initiatives for lead generation.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Knowledge of the educational and government procurement processes is a plus.
