KEY ATTRIBUTES
The ES seeks a highly qualified and experienced Support Teacher that will work alongside the Homeroom Teachers in the grade levels. The ideal candidate should be a certified teacher, preferably with previous teaching experience. The candidate should demonstrate highly developed skills for working with the youngest and enhancing their academic and social/emotional development. He/she should understand the development potential of the students and serve as a role model through promoting values that encompass safe and supportive learning environment.

It is expected that candidates for this position will be highly qualified educators. Candidates we would consider a good match include:
Education / Certification / Experience:
- Early years/Elementary school pedagogical specialization or BA in teaching English language
- Current educational certification
- Previous relevant experience in working with early elementary students
- Experience working in similar dynamic learning communities
Personal Characteristics:
- Collaborative and flexible
- Possesses enthusiasm and advocacy for student wellbeing
- Displays excellent social skills which enable community-wide collaboration
- Is highly organized
- Has minimum of C1 level of English language proficiency
