RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
- Active participation in sourcing activities – communication with agencies, positions brifings, creating and publication of job advertisements and sample job advertisements.
- Active search and correspondence with potential candidates and keeping candidate databases.
- Processing of incoming applications with or without the help of applicant management systems.
- Assistance to managers in the evaluation of application documents and in job interviews.
- Assistance in the onboarding of the new joiners.
- Support in the implementation of personnel marketing tools to build a sustainable image of the employer.
- Operational support in marketing development and expansion to target groups in higher education institutions.
- Organization and participation in human resourcing events (career forums).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
- Solid English language knowledge, German is considered an advantage.
- Advanced level of knowledge of the MS Office Tools (Word & Excel) is considered an advantage.
