Product Documentation Engineer for fitness products / German Fitness company (m/f)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Product Documentation Engineer will be an integral part of our team, responsible for creating and editing assembly manuals for our diverse range of fitness products. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of user experience to develop pdf assembly manual documentation that is both informative and accessible.
Manual Development:
Create detailed assembly manuals for new products, including writing instructions, creating diagrams, and specifying tools or parts needed.
Editing and Revising:
Review and revise existing manuals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all documentation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product specifications and assembly processes.
Consider Customer Feedback:
Consider customer complains and integrate into the manuals as part of an continues improvemen process.
Write Technical Support Pages:
Assist in developing FAQs and online help sections to further support customers in the assembly process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and translate complex technical information into simple, easy-to-follow instructions.
- Proficiency in Adobe software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design to create clear diagrams and illustrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

CONTRACT AND SALARY

You will receive a Macedonian employment contract with full-paid benefits and social security.
At the end of the year, there will be a bonus based on the company's sales performance, which will be negotiated individually depending on your qualifications, motivation, and commitment.
