CARRIER SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Logan Premium is looking for a Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Carrier Sales Representative, you’ll be training under one of our Senior Carrier Sales Representatives for your first six months. This would include tracking, new carrier onboarding, and carrier operations. As you advance your sales skill set, you’ll move into an independent role, booking carriers to provide cost-effective logistics solutions for Logan Premium’s customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage carrier operations for a Senior Carrier Sales Representative; tracking, new carrier setups, and paperwork.
  • Learn best practices for Carrier Sales, including booking, negotiation, tracking, issue resolution and relationship management.
  • Utilize effective procurement techniques as well as carrier relationship development and management methods.
  • Analyze carrier sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and sales, to ensure a cohesive and effective carrier sales strategy.​

Requirements:

  • Freight brokerage experience, or the strong desire to learn in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Passionate about career growth and development.

Salary: 
$1,200 USD monthly, plus 2.5% commission on loads booked. 
$100 raise after year one.
$200 raise after year two.
$300 raise after year three.

  • In office five days a week. 
  • Working hours based on the United State’s Central Time Zone. 
  • Holidays based on the United State’s calendar.
